1998年底,济南市成人教育局刘元刚局长携两位副局长专程赴京向国家教育部领导汇报工作听完汇报后,分管成人教育工作的国家教育部副部长张天保不禁扼腕赞叹:济南市委、市政府在机构改革之时,决定设立济南市成人教育局“是具有跨世纪战略意义的明智之举”济南市成人教育局团结带领广大成人教育工作者励精图治、锐意创新,无愧为“全国成教战线的一面旗帜”。在我国成人教育工作陷入徘徊之时,济南市成人教育局何以高举成人教育旗帜,屡创佳绩?为寻求答案,日前,我刊特派记者采访了刘元刚局长,今整理刊出,以飨读者。
