艺术评论:雷淑娟的另一类作品,是一系列的女性人体,包括创作与写生。这些作品充分体现了她的学院功底,同时又超越了学院功底本身,而糅合了女性独有的细腻的观察。在这一类作品中,雷淑娟把对表现对象的感受与成熟的技巧结合起来,一方面通过人体这样有限的语言突出了写生的即时性,让肉身的质感成为描绘的主题,另一方面又掺进了想象的成分,让身体成为内心情绪的视觉编码,让隐藏于肉身之内的潜在的欲望具象化,成为说明作品意义的形象载体。
Artistic Commentary: Another type of Lei’s work is a series of female bodies, including creation and sketching. These works fully embodies her college foundation, but also beyond the academic foundation itself, and combines the unique and delicate observation of women. In this kind of work, Lei Shujuan combines the feelings and mature skills of the object of expression with the limited language of the human body, on the one hand, to emphasize the immediacy of sketching and to make the texture of the flesh the theme of portrayal. On the other hand, Incorporating the imaginary components, the body becomes the visual code of the inner emotions and the latent desire hidden in the flesh body becomes the carrier of the image that illustrates the meaning of the works.
