电信行业中消费者的转移成本在一定程度内制约其消费选择,也影响着电信企业的定价策略。论文从电信企业角度,分析转移成本对消费者选择电信服务商的影响,在此基础上,构造不同情况下电信企业最优定价模型,并分析转移成本对电信企业均衡定价的影响。模型的数值仿真分析表明:在电信市场竞争中,消费者从相对高价企业转移到相对低价企业,电信企业通过降价吸引消费者转移购买;转移成本越高,企业对消费者的锁定效应越强,其均衡价格也越高。因此,电信企业对低转移成本消费者应制定低价,而对高转移成本消费者应制定高价。
In the telecommunications industry, the transfer cost of consumers restricts their consumption choices to a certain extent, and affects the pricing strategy of telecom enterprises. Based on the above analysis, this paper constructs the optimal pricing model for telecom enterprises in different situations and analyzes the impact of transfer costs on the equilibrium pricing of telecom enterprises. The numerical simulation of the model shows that: in the telecommunications market competition, consumers shift from relatively high-priced enterprises to relatively low-cost enterprises, and telecom companies attract consumers to buy through price cuts; the higher the transfer costs, the stronger the locking effect on the consumers , The higher the equilibrium price. Therefore, telecom companies should set low prices for consumers with low transfer costs and consumers should make high prices for high transfer costs.
