在实验室条件下,研究用次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和高锰酸钾3种不同氧化剂对含聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷高湿强纸进行氧化碎解处理,用可反映纸浆纤维分散情况的参数——β交织指数为主要考察依据,在化学品用量、体系pH值以及处理温度、处理时间相同的情况下,对适宜的碎浆化学品进行筛选,进一步对最佳化学试剂的碎浆工艺进行探讨。结果表明:适合于含聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷高湿强纸碎浆的最佳化学试剂为次氯酸钠,在次氯酸钠碎浆处理高湿强纸过程中,次氯酸钠用量4%(对绝干浆)、处理温度80℃、处理时间80min(分别在pH值为3处理40min,pH值为12处理40min)时,β交织指数为2.59,与空白样的β交织指数相差0.04。
Under the laboratory conditions, three kinds of different oxidants such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate were used to oxidize and hydrolyze polyamide epoxy chloropropane high humidity paper, -β intertwined index as the main basis for investigation, screening the appropriate pulping chemicals at the same chemical dosage, system pH value, treatment temperature, and treatment time, and further discuss the pulping process of the best chemical reagent . The results showed that sodium hypochlorite was the best chemical reagent suitable for polyamide wetting paper containing polyamide epichlorohydrin. When sodium hypochlorite was treated with sodium hypochlorite, the dosage of sodium hypochlorite was 4% When the temperature was 80 ℃ and the treatment time was 80 min (40 min at pH 3 and 40 min at pH 12), the β interlacing index was 2.59, which was 0.04 different from the blank interlacing β interlacing index.
