上海近日正式启动2010年领军人才选拔。此次选拔重点围绕新能源、民用航空、生物医药、电子信息、新能源汽车、先进重大装备、海洋工程装备、新材料、软件和信息服务业等高新技术产业化九大重点领域,以及航运、金融等现代服务业开展选拔。重点选拔从事科研、生产一线工作的专业技术人才。未来5年,上海将总共选拔和培养1000名以创新科技人才为重点的领军人才及其团队。
