2015年6月23日,受强对流天气影响,临安昌化附近遭遇强降雨,暴雨中心区域短历时降水重现期达到40年一遇.暴雨引发小流域山洪,造成严重损失.灾后次日,水文部门迅速组织开展了洪水调查,收集整理了雨情、水情、工情、灾情等基础资料,查明了致灾原因,为灾害评估、灾后重建和防灾体系建设与完善提供科学依据.
On June 23, 2015, due to strong convective weather, heavy rainfall was encountered near Changhua in Lin’an, and the recurrence of short-term precipitation in the center of the heavy rain hit a 40-year anniversary. Rainstorms triggered floods in small watersheds and caused serious losses. On the day after the disaster, The hydrological department quickly organized a flood investigation, collected and sorted out basic data such as rain conditions, hydrological conditions, work conditions and disasters, and identified the causes of the disaster so as to provide a scientific basis for the construction and improvement of disaster assessment, post-disaster reconstruction and disaster prevention systems.
