高职护理专业“双师型”素质教师的认定、培养和考核等,一直是高职院校探讨的热点问题。在此,重点分析了目前高职护理专业双师教师培养存在的困难,探讨了解决这些困难和问题的办法,以及双师素质教师考核办法和认定标准。
Vocational nursing specialty “double teacher ” quality teachers, training and assessment, has been a hot issue discussed in higher vocational colleges. Here, we mainly analyze the existing difficulties in the training of double-qualified nursing students in higher vocational schools, and discuss ways to solve these problems and problems, as well as the assessment methods and standards for double-qualified teachers.
