目的探讨边缘溃疡性角膜炎的临床治疗方法及效果。方法在2014年我科收治的一例边缘溃疡性角膜炎患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,结果在早期正确诊断的基础上,经局部和全部联合用药,一例边缘溃疡性角膜炎病灶小于4~3 mm经4~17周不等而痊愈。患者无遗留、角膜薄翳、斑翳或斑。1~2年随访未复岁。结论边缘溃疡性角膜炎能够早期诊断,应尽早用抗炎药物,是缩短疗程提高疗效的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of ulcerative keratitis and its effect. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of one patient with marginal ulcerative keratitis admitted in our department in 2014. The results were correctly diagnosed in the early stage and combined with local and complete treatment. One case with marginal ulcerative keratitis lesion less than 4 ~ 3 mm After 4 to 17 weeks healed. No patient left, thin cornea, spotted or spotted. 1 to 2 years of follow-up is not old. Conclusion Peripheral ulcerative keratitis can be diagnosed early and should be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs as early as possible, which is the key to shorten the course of treatment and improve the curative effect.
