胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达水平与星形(胶质)细胞瘤分化程度有关,其与常规病理组织学分级的反比关系并不完全反映星形细胞瘤的生物学行为。P16蛋白是抑癌蛋白,广泛而高频率地表达于人类肿瘤中。本研究用免疫组化方法结合观察了42例星形细胞瘤标本的GFAP和P16表达。结果显示:GFAP表达水平随着星形细胞瘤病理组织学恶性程度的升高而下降,P16有着相同的表达水平的变化。本文对这种关系进行了讨论。
The expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) is related to the degree of glioma differentiation. The inverse relationship with the histopathological grade does not fully reflect the biological behavior of astrocytoma. The P16 protein is a tumor suppressor protein that is expressed extensively and at high frequency in human tumors. In this study, immunohistochemistry combined with the observation of 42 cases of astrocytoma specimens GFAP and P16 expression. The results showed that the expression level of GFAP decreased with the increase of malignant histopathology of astrocytoma, and P16 had the same expression level. This article discusses this relationship.
