器设备是高等学校的重要教学资源。长期以来音乐类院校设备管理中普遍存在的问题是:重投入轻管理,配置不合理,利用率低;校内各单位争经费、争设备,轻使用、轻维修,封闭式管理,设备闲置积压与设备短缺的现象并存。造成这种问题的主要原因,一是占有设备资源没有经济责任,二是缺少有效的管理手段。针对设备管理的这些弊端,我们作了一些探索,取得了明显的成效。高校设备是高校国有资产的主要组成部分,是高校开展教学、科研、生活服务工作的重要物质基础。如何做好音乐类院校设备管理,最大限度地发挥设备的使用效益,更好地为教学、科研、生活服务,是摆在音乐类院校面前的一项重要课题。
Equipment is an important teaching resource for colleges and universities. For a long time, the common problems in the equipment management of music colleges and universities are as follows: re-input light management, unreasonable allocation and low utilization rate; all units in the school compete for funds, fight for equipment, light use, light maintenance, closed management, idle backlog of equipment And the phenomenon of shortage of equipment co-exist. The main reason for this problem is that one has no economic responsibility for the possession of equipment resources and the other is the lack of effective management tools. For these drawbacks of equipment management, we made some exploration and achieved remarkable results. How to do a good job in music equipment management, maximize the use of equipment efficiency, better teaching, research, life service, is placed in front of music colleges and universities is an important issue.
