目前,我国煤矿主井广泛采用曲轨连杆下开折页扇形闸门箕斗。该类型箕斗虽然具有自动卸载的优点,但开、闭闸门冲击力较大。尤其是在使用几年后,当井架卸载曲轨或箕斗上卸载曲轨发生了磨损变形后,闸门在提升过程中就可能由于受振动冲击自动打开,拉坏箕斗及井筒设备,砸坏井筒中的电缆或管路。我矿1988年安装的主井提升系统,绞车型号为2JK-2.5/20,箕斗型号为JL-3,是扇形闸门箕斗。1989年开始就出现了箕斗在井筒中自动打开现象,每年发生三四次,导致主井提升设施损坏,经济损失严重。
