目的培育SPF级近交系BALB/c裸小鼠。方法在屏障环境内利用独立送风系统(IVC)装置,采用杂合BALB/c裸小鼠nu(+/-)雌雄交配,并测定小鼠第0~10周龄的体重,统计第2、3胎次的繁殖性能指标。结果不同性别的BALB/c裸小鼠在3周龄之前体重间,差异均无统计学意义;第4~10周龄雄性小鼠生长速度高于雌性小鼠,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。第2、3胎次BALB/c裸小鼠产仔数、纯合裸仔鼠数、离乳成活率和离乳时体重间比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论在此屏障环境内利用独立送风系统(IVC)培育的BALB/c裸小鼠生长发育良好,质量符合SPF级要求。
Objective To cultivate SPF inbred BALB / c nude mice. Methods Male and female mice were mated with female BALB / c nude mice using a self-contained ventilation system (IVC) device in a barrier environment. The body weight of mice at 0-10 weeks of age was measured, 3 parity reproductive performance indicators. Results The BALB / c nude mice of different genders had no significant difference in body weight before 3 weeks of age. The growth rate of male mice in 4 ~ 10 weeks old was higher than that of female mice (P <0.05 or P <0.01). No significant difference was found in the litter size of littermates, homozygous nude mice, the survival rate between the first and second parity of BALB / c nude mice, Conclusion The BALB / c nude mice cultured in a self-contained ventilation system (IVC) developed well in this barrier environment and the quality met the SPF requirements.
