我园基于现实,努力构建以生活为源、生态为场、生命为本的“三生”和谐课堂教学,打造自然、和谐、快乐的幼儿教育鲜活课堂。教师要着重从课程目标、教学内容体系、教学活动的组织与实施方式,构建具有鲜明的农村地域特征和文化色彩的、符合农村幼儿园现实和幼儿发展需要的课堂教学,促使农村教师增强课程资源开发意识,促进教师自身专业化程度的发展。
