电光性眼炎是常见的职业性眼病。发生于有电焊操作的各种工厂及有产生紫外线辐射的各个部门。早在1849年Faucauh首先报道由于紫外线的辐射作用可致眼部损伤。Charcot(1858)首次报告2例急性电光性眼炎。后来很多学者分别在不同的场合下发现了临床表现类似的眼部损伤,如光眼炎(photophthalmia)、日光眼炎(solar ophthalmia),光化性结膜炎(actinic conjunctivitis)、电光性眼炎(electric ophthalmia)、闪光眼(flash eye)、弧光眼(arc eye)、电焊工红眼(welder’s flash),工业光眼炎(industrial photo-
Electro-ophthalmia is a common occupational eye disease. Occurred in a variety of welding operations in the factory and a UV radiation of various departments.
