经济学家把民营经济喻为“给点阳光就灿烂,有点土壤就发芽”的“草根经济”,说明民营经济的发展,一离不开政策哺育,二离不开市场经济土壤。2000年,江苏省提出了大力发展民营经济的“六放”要求,即“思想上放心、放胆,工作上放手、放开;政策上放宽、放活”。经过几年来的快速发展,民营经济已成为江苏经济的重要力量。近日,江苏省再次召开全省民营经济工作会议,推出《关于进一步加快民营经济发展的若干意见》,隆重表彰百家优秀民营企业和百名优秀民营企业家,再兴民营经济发展新高潮。回首江苏民营经济的发展,一些“草根经济”已长成“大树经济”,骄人业绩有目共睹。然而,看浙江,江苏无资格自满。大力发展民营经济,是江苏域乡镇企业、外向型经济率先于全国发展之后又一次经济腾飞和重大历史机遇。当前,我们必须清除不利于民营经济发展的障碍,构建有利于民营经济发展的软硬环境,集民智,聚民力,把民营经济的巨大能量释放出来。
Economists refer to the private economy as a “grassroots economy” that gives some sunshine to the sun and a little germination of the soil. Recently, Jiangsu Province held another meeting of the private economy in the province and launched the “Opinions on Further Accelerating the Development of Private Economy,” solemnly commended 100 outstanding private-owned enterprises and 100 outstanding private entrepreneurs for rejuvenating the new upsurge of private economy. Looking back on the development of the private economy in Jiangsu, some “grassroots economies” have grown into “big tree economies,” and their impressive performance is obvious to all. However, look at Zhejiang, Jiangsu, not qualified to be complacent. Vigorously developing the private economy is a township and village enterprise in Jiangsu Province. Export-oriented economy takes the lead in taking the lead in another economic boom and major historic opportunity after the national development. At present, we must clear up the obstacles that are not conducive to the development of the private economy, build a soft and hard environment conducive to the development of the private economy, gather wisdom from the people and gather the people to release the great energy of the private economy.
