患者女,25岁,因停经2个月,腹痛6小时入院。一般查体无异常。妇科检查:阴道内有少许血迹,宫颈Ⅰ°糜烂,无抬举痛,后穹窿不饱满,宫体中位,略大于正常,较硬,活动好,右侧附件区压痛,无反跳痛,未扪及包块。从后穹窿穿刺抽出不凝固血2ml。B超检查未见子宫体及双侧附件区明显异常。按宫外孕、黄体破裂收入院。经消炎及对症处理后,患者自觉症状好转。刮宫病理报告为
