从20世纪80年代中期以来,浙江医疗服务领域发生了许多重大的变化,普通群众看病难、药费贵的问题日益突出,标志着“医生、医院、医药”的所谓“三医”问题,已经成为类似“三农”问题的社会一大弊病。目前医疗开支已经成为全社会关注的一个焦点和热点。此外医疗技术型服务价格偏低与药价高企的痼疾,已经远远超出传统医疗服务领域的范畴,成为影响我国社会和谐的主要热点和矛盾。本文通过对浙江公立医院医疗服务激励机制的探讨,提出了完善浙江医疗服务支付制度的思路。

In addition, the low prices of medical technology-based services and high prices of chronic diseases have gone far beyond the scope of traditional medical services and have become the main hot spots and contradictions affecting our social harmony. In this paper, we discuss the incentive mechanism of medical service in Zhejiang public hospitals, and put forward the idea of improving the medical service payment system in Zhejiang Province.
