随着我国市场经济的发展,居住产业结构逐步完善,出现了多元化的住宅开发模式和商品化的经营方式,这使得城市居住区空间布局出现许多与以往不同的特点,居住空间分异就是一个重要特征。文章阐述了居住空间分异现象的概念及其产生的社会背景,分析城市居住空间分异所产生的低收入人群居住空间的具体特征,并从设计的角度提出一些建议。
