From the perspectives of talent strategy and development approach, the urgency of using sci-tech periodicals to develop information resources is discussed, and the development route has been preliminarily designed. It provides enlightenment ideas for editors of sci-tech periodicals to further prosper their periodicals in the era of knowledge-based economy.
