从有关文献资料看,我们的食物当中有许多是医食皆优的物质,既可食用,又可药用。中医历来就有“寓补于食”、“寓医于食”的理论。唐代名医孙思邈曾主张“凡欲治病,先以食疗,既食疗不愈,乃可用药尔”。长期的医疗实践证明许多食物用于治疗相应的疾病确实有较好的效果。那么究竟?
According to the literature, many of our foods are good for both food and medicine. They are both edible and medicinal. Traditional Chinese medicine has always had the theory of “complementing one’s health in food” and “building one’s medicine in one’s diet”. Sun Ssu-tang, a famous doctor of the Tang Dynasty, once argued that “Everyone who wants to cure a disease should be treated with food and drink first, not only the therapeutic diet, but also the drug that is used.” Long-term medical practice has proved that many foods do have a good effect in treating the corresponding diseases. So what?
