教育部《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》中指出:“要高度重视高等职业院校领导班子的能力建设;高等职业院校党政领导班子要树立科学的人才观和质量观,把学校的发展重心放到内涵建设、提高质量上来,确保教学工作的中心地位。”高职院校党委的领导能力如何,关系到高职院校人才培养的质量。因此,只有通过扎实有效且持续的建设,切实提高党委的领导能力,才能保证高等职业教育持续健康发展。
