It is generally considered that rainfall-induced shallow landslides are mostly analyzed by the theory of unsaturated soil mechanics. Landslides with slippery landslides and thicker landslides are more likely to be induced by rainfall. The damage of such landslides is mainly controlled by the distribution and strength of the sliding zone, the stability coefficient is low, generally close to the state of slippery slope. In addition, the landslides are often saturated or near-saturated, while the notion of using unsaturated soil mechanics is not suitable for explaining the strong activity of such landslides during rainfall. At present, the limit equilibrium method is generally used for the stability analysis of landslides. Such methods are widely used in landslide control design. Based on the limit equilibrium method, this paper establishes the calculation method of the influence of rainfall infiltration on landslide stability.
