针对长庆油田吴410区超低渗透、裂缝性油藏,试验了深部置胶成坝调剖工艺技术。研制了体膨凝胶颗粒堵剂及聚丙烯酰胺间苯二酚地下交联堵剂,并进行了堵剂性能评价试验。聚丙烯酰胺间苯二酚地下交联堵剂具有成胶时间可控(16~48h,60℃)、堵水选择性好(油相岩心封堵率≤40.7%,水相岩心封堵率≥97.6%;油相岩心突破压力≤0.91MPa/m,水相岩心突破压力≥1.75MPa/m)、耐冲刷性能强等特点。裂缝深部前置聚丙烯酰胺间苯二酚地下交联堵剂,后续大剂量、多段塞、小排量挤注体膨凝胶颗粒堵剂,矿场试验效果较好,具有堵水与驱油双重作用。2011年施工2口注水井,平均注水压力上升2.0MPa,井组内油井均见调剖增油效果,最短见效周期65天,最长见效周期已超过360天,且继续有效。至目前单井平均累计增油超200t,调剖增油效果好。
In view of the ultra-low permeability and fractured reservoirs in Wu 410 area, Changqing Oilfield, the deep section plastic injection dam profile control technology was tested. Developed body-swollen gel particles blocking agents and polyacrylamide resorcinol underground cross-linking plugging agent, and the plugging agent performance evaluation test. Polyacrylamide resorcinol underground cross-linking plugging agent has the controllable gelling time (16 ~ 48h, 60 ℃), good water blocking selectivity (oil core plugging rate ≤ 40.7%, water core plugging rate ≥ 97.6%; oil core breakthrough pressure ≤ 0.91MPa / m, water core breakthrough pressure ≥ 1.75MPa / m), anti-scouring performance and so on. Crack deep pre-polyacrylamide resorcinol underground cross-linking plugging agent, followed by high-dose, multi-stage plug, small displacement squeeze body gel particles plugging agent, the field test is better, with water and flooding double effect. In 2011, two water injection wells were constructed and the average water injection pressure increased by 2.0 MPa. The oil wells in the well group all saw the effect of profile control and oil enhancement. The shortest effective period was 65 days and the longest effective period exceeded 360 days and continued to be effective. Up to now, the average single-well oil increase exceeds 200t, and the effect of profile control and oil increase is good.
