目的:观察中药外敷对化疗性静脉炎的预防作用。方法:研究年度2015年2月-2015年11月,纳入外周静脉化疗64例,经单盲法分组。32例应用利多卡因及地塞米松,设为对照组;其余32例为中药外敷,设为研究组。观察效果。结果:两组中研究组静脉炎发生率更低,静脉炎程度更轻,有显著差异(P<0.05),且具统计学意义。结论:中药外敷对化疗性静脉炎有很大预防作用,可减少静脉炎发生,减轻炎症程度,宜推广。
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods: The study period from February 2015 to November 2015 included 64 cases of peripheral venous chemotherapy, which were divided into two groups according to single-blind method. 32 cases of lidocaine and dexamethasone, as the control group; the remaining 32 cases of traditional Chinese medicine topical, as the study group. Observe the effect. Results: The study group phlebitis incidence was lower and phlebitis was lighter in both groups (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine topical chemotherapy phlebitis have a great preventive effect, can reduce the incidence of phlebitis, reduce inflammation, should be promoted.
