党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,各地纷纷开展新农村建设的探索实践。河南省调查总队对全省60个市县的156个村进行了社会主义新农村建设模式的专项调查,总结归纳出河南建设社会主义新农村的七种模式,分别是:工业带动型、特色产业带动型、旅游产业带动型、劳务经济带动型、城镇化带动型、经济合作组织带动型,现将其典型村例和经验与启示介绍如下,供借鉴、参考。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward major historical tasks of building a new socialist countryside and all over the country have carried out the exploration and practice of new rural construction. Henan Investigation Corps conducted a special survey on 156 new villages in 60 cities and counties across the province and summarized seven models for building a new socialist countryside in Henan Province, namely: industrial-driven and special industries Driven, tourism-driven, labor-led economy, urbanization-driven, economic cooperation organization-led, now its typical village cases and experiences and inspiration are introduced below, for reference, for reference.
