目的 :观察中西医结合治疗急性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法 :将急性面神经麻痹 76例随机分为观察组 (38例 )和对照组 (38例 ) ,对照组常规给予能量合剂、B族维生素和地塞米松等治疗 ;观察组在对照组治疗(不用地塞米松 )的基础上 ,加用针刀切剥翳风、颊里穴治疗。结果 :观察组总有效率为 94 7% ,对照组总有效率为 6 8 4 %。两组比较 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗急性面神经麻痹效果显著
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute facial paralysis. Methods: A total of 76 patients with acute facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases). The control group was given routine treatment with energy mixture, B vitamins and dexamethasone. The observation group was treated in the control group With dexamethasone) on the basis of plus needle knife cut stripping wind, buccal cave treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.7% in the observation group and 68.4% in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of acute facial paralysis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious effect
