我们总社食用菌考察组一行6人,于1980年10月4~17日对日本的食用菌生产和经营管理等进行了考察。现将日本食用菌生产情况介绍如下. 日本人工栽培的食用菌主要有香菇、金针菇、滑菇、平菇和白蘑菇等。其中以香菇生产最为突出。自1976年以后,干香菇的产量突破了1万吨,鲜香菇的产量从1973年以后突破了5万吨,目前已达7万吨以上。近十年日本食用菌产量见表1。
