作者随同部队军事演习时,对橄榄、板兰根混合液喷喉预防上呼吸道感染的效果进行了观察,现将情况报道如下。临床资料一、资料来源选两个建制连队300人分为甲、乙二组,甲组160人行喷喉,乙组140人为对照观察组。二、药物配制橄榄液制作:500g橄揽果锤碎,用冷开水1000ml浸泡24h后过滤,每100ml中加板兰根注射液16～20ml即可。在橄榄液中加入0.1%～0.2%苯甲酸钠或1%对羟基甲酸乙酯醇溶液(尼泊金醇)防腐剂密封,可保存稳定6个月左右。若保存3个月以内,加入3%～5%大蒜浸液即可(注意:板兰根注射液临用时加入)。
