目的探讨应用平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部脉管性疾病的疗效。方法应用平阳霉素+地塞米松+利多卡因联合治疗口腔颌面部脉管性疾病患者176例,分析评估临床效果。结果治疗后3~5年176例病灶治愈和基本治愈率为88.1%(155/176),好转率为9.7%(17/176),总有效率为97.8%。结论平阳霉素+地塞米松+利多卡因联合瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部脉管性疾病疗效高,是一种是安全、有效、经济、微创的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of pingyangmycin in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial vascular diseases. Methods A total of 176 patients with oral and maxillofacial vascular diseases were treated with pingyangmycin + dexamethasone plus lidocaine. The clinical effects were analyzed and evaluated. Results After 3 to 5 years of treatment, 176 cases were cured and the cure rate was 88.1% (155/176). The improvement rate was 9.7% (17/176) and the total effective rate was 97.8%. Conclusion Bleomycin + dexamethasone plus lidocaine combined with intratumoral injection is effective, safe and effective in treating oral and maxillofacial vascular diseases. It is a safe, effective, economical and minimally invasive treatment.
