报告1例较罕见的由石膏样小孢子菌引起的阴囊处黄癣痂样损害。患者男，18岁，阴囊及腹股沟处原发灰黄色厚痂2周，皮损真菌直接镜检为大量分隔菌丝，培养为典型的石膏样小孢子菌，并伴有白念珠菌生长。经用伊曲康唑每天200gm，2周后痊愈。这种损害与黄癣有着本质上的区别，不会形成皮肤萎缩及瘢痕，对抗真菌治疗效果明显，预后良好。 One case of the lesion was reported as scab-like lesions of the scrotum at the scrotal cavity caused by the gypsum-like microsporum.
