近年来我国经济发展良好,而作为我国经济重要支柱的产业——房地产的经济发展速度越来越快,其给我国社会所带来的经济效益越来越高。然而随着房地产的发展不断的加快,房价也越来越高,虽然为社会的发展提供了巨大的发展动力,但是其中的弊端逐渐显示出来,最为明显的应属于经济管理方面。本文主要简单的介绍了经济管理的概念,并以此作为切入点,针对房地产经济管理中存在的问题进行了深入的研究和分析,同时提出针对性的有效措施。
In recent years, China’s economy has enjoyed sound economic growth. As an important pillar of China’s economy, the economy of real estate is growing faster and faster, bringing more and more economic benefits to our society. However, with the continuous acceleration of the development of real estate, housing prices are getting higher and higher. Although this has provided tremendous impetus to the development of society, the drawbacks among them have gradually emerged. The most obvious one is that it belongs to economic management. This paper briefly introduces the concept of economic management, and as a starting point for the real estate economy and management problems in-depth study and analysis, at the same time put forward targeted and effective measures.
