李继硕、秦秉志发现:来自膀胱壁的内脏初级传入纤维和来自坐骨神经初级传入纤维都有部分投射到骶髓后连合核,且两者互相重叠,推测该核区是内脏和躯体初级传入的会聚处。本实验用猫7只,以10%Ricin CA60 3μl注射于一侧胫神经和腓神经;3天后,以30%HRP(Toyobo)3μl注射于同侧盆神经,其中3只同时注射HRP 0.1μl于同侧臂旁核(PBL),再存活3天。以含2%多聚甲醛和2%戊二醛的0.1M磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)灌注动物。

In this experiment, 7 cats were injected with 3 μl of 10% Ricin CA60 on one side of the tibial nerve and the peroneal nerve. After 3 days, 3 μl of 30% HRP (Toyobo) was injected into the pelvic nerve of the same side, 3 of which were injected with 0.1 μl of HRP Ipsilateral parabrachial nucleus (PBL), and then survived for 3 days. Animals were perfused with 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) containing 2% paraformaldehyde and 2% glutaraldehyde.
