目的了解医院抗菌药物的应用状况,促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法随机抽取郑州人民医院2010-07-07门、急诊处方进行分析。结果处方总计1 442张,其中使用抗菌药物的处方463张,占调查的32.11%。结论该院使用抗菌药物基本合理,头孢菌素类使用比例最高,药物选择存在起点高及应用不尽合理等问题。
Objective To understand the application of antimicrobial agents in hospitals and promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice. Methods Random sampling Zhengzhou People’s Hospital 2010-07-07 Door, emergency prescription for analysis. Results A total of 1 442 prescriptions were received, of which 463 were prescriptions for antibiotics, accounting for 32.11% of the surveyed. Conclusion The hospital use of antimicrobial drugs is basically reasonable, the highest proportion of cephalosporins use, there is a high starting point for drug selection and application of unreasonable issues.
