根据曹中明报道(曹中明·中华心血管杂志1988;16(4):222~224)采用Fisher法建立的左室肥厚判别式,对50例高血压左室肥厚、心室腔不大者和47例正常人心电图进行了验证,认为其敏感性值得商榷。作者进行进一步研究,提出一新判别式,敏感性和特异性都较理想,现报告如下。资料与方法正常对照组选择无心血管及呼吸系统病史,体重在正常范围,经超声心动图(UCG)证实无心室肥厚及心脏结构异常,常规12导联心电图均正常者47例。其中男33例,女14例,平均年龄53.6岁。
According to Cao Zhongming’s report (Cao Zhongming China Journal of Cardiology, 1988; 16 (4): 222-224) Fisher’s method to establish the left ventricular hypertrophy discriminant, 50 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy, ventricular cavity is not large and 47 cases of normal People’s electrocardiogram has been verified, that its sensitivity is questionable. The authors further study, put forward a new discriminant, sensitivity and specificity are more ideal, are as follows. Materials and Methods Normal control group had no history of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, body weight in the normal range, confirmed by echocardiography (UCG) without ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac structural abnormalities, conventional 12 lead ECG were normal in 47 cases. There were 33 males and 14 females, with an average age of 53.6 years.
