应蒙古国蒙中友好协会的邀请,辽宁省海外交流协会会长赵子良同志率团于1994年9月11日至17日赴乌兰巴托,参加‘蒙古—中国企业家洽淡会’其间,共接触蒙方厂商200余人,签定合同7项,协议、意向22项,合同协议金额为2325.5万美元。洽淡会得到我驻蒙使馆的大力支持,商务参赞洪刚同志和二秘郑三昌同志到会指导,我驻蒙大使裴家义同志会见了代表团领导成员,并对该活动予以充分肯定.他指出,无论从国家政治稳定,还是从经济的长远利益看,对蒙古工作应予以应有的关注.会中,新华社驻乌兰巴托记者站,也派员积极协助工作。
