我们采用放射免疫分析(RIA)对76例胃病患者进行血清胰岛素水平测定,现将结果报告如下. 材料和方法 一、对象:选择经胃镜检查诊断为胃溃疡、十二指肠球部溃疡及胃炎患者76例(男28,女48),平均年龄35.6岁。设对照组26例,为健康体检人群,干均年龄37.2岁。 二、方法:受检者均于清晨空腹抽静脉血2ml,分离血清,-20℃保存待测。胰岛素试剂盒由中国原子能科学研究院同位素所提供。国产DFM-96型多管放免γ计数器进行测量。采用t检验对结果进行统计分析。
We use radioimmunoassay (RIA) 76 cases of gastric patients with serum insulin levels, the results are reported as follows.Material and methods First, the object: Select by gastroscopy diagnosis of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastritis 76 patients (male 28, female 48), the average age of 35.6 years old. The control group of 26 cases, for the health examination population, the average age of 37.2 years old. Second, methods: Subjects were fasting in the morning pumping venous blood 2ml, serum was separated and stored at -20 ℃ to be tested. Insulin kit by China Institute of Atomic Energy isotopes provided. Domestic DFM-96 multi-tube radioimmuno-gamma counter measurement. The results of t test were used for statistical analysis.
