一、1999年高考历史试题的特点 在多年不断调整变动之后,1999年高考历史试题有了新面貌。其特点有:(一)题型和数量确定,即单选37个、材料3个、问答3个;(二)整体难度下降。各地考生的历史原始平均成绩多高于往年10分以上。估计2000年考题难度会略作调整,提高一点;(三)突出考查历史思维能力,即考查考生的记忆、理解、分析、应变等能力,如第14、27、41、43等题;(四)首
