随着经济的发展,城市化建设的步伐加快,城市的人口越来越密集。从而引发建筑用地有限的问题,为了充分利用地上空间,建筑逐渐向高层化、大型化发展。而为了实现土地的节省,更重要的是保证建筑的安全性、牢固性,土木工程对深基坑施工技术的要求越来越高。我国在深基坑施工技术上下了很多功夫,进行了许多研究,也掌握了很多成熟的经验,但同时,由于深基坑本身的施工特点,和对建筑环境的严格要求,在施工中容易出现一些问题。

In order to make full use of the aboveground space, the building gradually developed into a high-rise and large-scale development. In order to save the land and, more importantly, to ensure the safety and stability of the building, civil engineering requirements for the construction technology of deep foundation pit are getting higher and higher. Our country has a lot of efforts in deep foundation pit construction technology, conducted many researches and mastered a lot of mature experiences, but at the same time, due to the construction characteristics of deep foundation pit itself and the strict requirements of the building environment, it is easy to appear in the construction some problems.
