目的:研究海绵Phakellia fusca共附生真菌的次级代谢产物。方法:采用正相硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层、重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,并根据其理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为:环(L-缬-L-脯)二肽(1)、环(L-苯丙-L-脯)二肽(2)、环(L-酪-L-脯)二肽(3)、环(24-羟基-15-甲基癸酰-甘-缬-亮-丙-苯丙)(4)。结论:化合物1~4为环肽类化合物,均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
Objective: To study the secondary metabolites of co-epiphytic fungi from the sponge Phakellia fusca. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Four compounds were isolated and identified as dipeptide (1), cyclic (L-phenylpropionyl) dipeptide (2), cyclic (3), cyclo (24-hydroxy-15-methyldecanoyl-glycero-l -propane) (4). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 are cyclic peptides, which were isolated from this fungus for the first time.
