在台湾也存在很多瘸败、官商勾结事件,典型的例子就是陈水扁案。反腐败不仅要依靠立法与制度,也需要慎重选择政府领导。政府官员,要有为社会、大众服务的精神,当然也包括为企业服务要真正解决好政府和企业的关系,首先要把法律确定为处理这个关系的底线和基本框架。在中国,政府掌握着大量资源,如果企业家不找政府,很多问题解决不了。制度决定了政商之间必须要有很好的关系,这和其他国家还真不一样。
There are also many cases of lameness and official collusion in Taiwan. A typical example is Chen Shui-bian’s case. Anti-corruption should not only rely on legislation and system, but also need to carefully choose the government leaders. Government officials must have the spirit of serving the community and the general public, of course, including serving the enterprises. To truly solve the relationship between the government and the enterprises, we must first define the law as the bottom line and the basic framework for handling this relationship. In China, the government has a lot of resources. If entrepreneurs do not look for government, many problems can not be solved. The system determines that there must be a good relationship between the government and businessmen, which is really different from other countries.
