我省是产煤大省,煤矿安全工作一直是社会关注的焦点。从1998年起,我省开展了关井压产、煤矿安全专项治理整顿工作,2000年,河南煤矿安全监察局及5个煤矿监察办事处成立,成为市场经济条件下专门负责煤矿安全的执法机构。最近,本刊就煤矿安全治理整顿和煤矿安全监察工作等问题,采访了河南煤矿安全监察局局长、省关井压产领导小组办公室副主任、省煤矿安全专项治理整顿办公室主任李九成。
Our province is a big coal producing province. Coal mine safety work has always been the focus of society. Since 1998, the province has launched the shut-down and pressure-relief and special rectification work on coal mine safety. In 2000, Henan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau and 5 coal mine monitoring offices were established to become the law enforcement agencies specializing in coal mine safety under market economy conditions. Recently, we published an interview with Li Jiucheng, director of Henan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, deputy director of the provincial Guanjing pressure production leading group office and director of the provincial coal mine safety special rectification office, on coal mine safety harnessing and coal mine safety supervision and other issues.
