本文的目的是研究切入磨削时,由于砂轮不平衡引起的砂轮运动及其对工件波度的影响。为考虑砂轮不平衡产生的各种情况,引用了砂轮圆周表面的径向跳动。该径向跳动取决于修整和磨削期间的砂轮运动。本文也涉及了在工件圆周上引起的波度漂移。它表明,工件波纹漂移的分析,使由于砂轮不平衡的作用而形成的工件表面地形图(topography)能得到更好的理解。
The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of the grinding wheel movement and its influence on the workpiece waviness caused by the imbalance of the grinding wheel when cutting into the grinding. In order to consider the various conditions of wheel imbalance, citing the radial runout of the circumferential surface of the wheel. The runout depends on the grinding wheel during dressing and grinding. This article also deals with the wave drift caused on the circumference of the workpiece. It shows that the analysis of the workpiece ripple drift enables a better understanding of the topography of the workpiece surface due to the imbalance of the grinding wheel.
