项目成本管理涉及项目施工全过程。通过施工前准备、施工过程中及竣工结算三个阶段,详细阐述了各阶段施工因素对成本管理的影响程度,并制订了相应的措施及管理办法,从而使得项目部实现“高质量、低成本”的目标,既为企业创造了效益,又提升了企业的市场竞争力。
Project cost management involves the entire process of project construction.
