设计了一种用于对NaI晶体探测器核脉冲信号的幅度采样分析系统。对脉冲信号进行滤波放大,设计新型时序控制电路控制采样保持器对脉冲峰值保持。主控芯片为STM32F103VE,使用芯片内自带高速A-D转换器对保持峰值模-数转换。经幅度分析后,将分析的谱线存储在大容量外扩FLASH芯片SST25VF032B中,通过通信接口将采集到的谱线数据回传给上位机。系统具有成本低、体积小且适应性好的优点。
A system for sampling and analyzing the amplitude of nuclear pulse of NaI crystal detector was designed. Filter the pulse signal amplification, the design of a new timing control circuit to control the sample and hold the pulse peak hold. The main control chip STM32F103VE, using the chip comes with high-speed A-D converter to maintain the peak modulus - number conversion. The amplitude analysis, the analysis of the spectrum stored in the large-capacity expansion FLASH chip SST25VF032B, through the communication interface will collect the spectral data back to the host computer. The system has the advantages of low cost, small size and good adaptability.
