目的:对桃和山桃的干燥成熟种子进行显微鉴别。方法:采用显微鉴别的方法对桃仁、山桃仁的组织和粉末特征进行研究。结果:组织切片中桃仁的种皮细胞外侧含有大量石细胞、内胚乳细胞层较窄;粉末中含有种皮表皮细胞、子叶细胞、导管细胞等特征。结论:桃仁的石细胞、种皮表皮细胞、内胚乳及子叶细胞、导管细胞、糊粉粒均可作为鉴别特征,为桃仁的鉴别、质量评价及开发利用提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: Microscopic identification of the dried ripe seeds of peach and peach. Methods: Microscopic identification method was used to study the tissue and powder characteristics of peach kernel and peach kernel. Results: Tissue sections of the peach kernel contained a large amount of stone cells outside the seed coat cells, and the endosperm cell layer was narrow. The seed cells contained the epithelial cells, cotyledon cells and ductal cells. Conclusion: The peach kernel cells, epidermal cells, endosperm, cotyledon cells, ductal cells and aleurone granules of peach kernel can all be used as distinguishing characteristics to provide a scientific basis for the identification, quality evaluation and exploitation of peach kernel.
