选择和牙周病关系密切的十一种经鉴定的厌氧菌、消化链球菌、内氏放线菌、粘性放线菌、粘液真杆菌、产碱韦永氏球菌、牙龈类杆菌、中间型类杆菌、核梭杆菌、放线共生放线杆菌、黄褐色二氧化碳噬纤维菌和生痰月形单胞菌。用扫描电镜观察它们的立体观表面形貌,同时用透射电镜观察内部超微结构,如细胞壁、膜、质、核等,在某些菌还可看到菌毛、毛状外膜、鞭毛、膜泡和胞壁发疱等内部固有特征性结构。在细菌胞鉴定分型、研究其生长繁殖、附着定居,探讨致病抑菌机理等方面均有实用意义。
Eleven identified anaerobic bacteria, Peptostreptococcus, Neisseria actinomyces, Actinomyces viscosus, Myxobacterium mucolyticus, Weihengye caustic spp., Gingivalis gingivalis, intermediate type Bacteroides, Fusobacterium nuclear, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Taraxacum coelicolor and Cryptosporidium. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the topography of their surfaces, and the ultrastructure of cells was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), such as cell wall, membrane, Vesicles and cell wall blisters and other internal intrinsic characteristics of the structure. Identification of bacterial cells in the classification, study its growth and reproduction, attachment and settlement, to explore the mechanism of pathogenic bacteria have practical significance.
