佛波醇酯(phorbol—12—mytlstate—13—acetate,PMA)可促进白细胞呼吸爆发,产生OH、O_2等自由基,脂质过氧化物增加,从而间接诱发染色体畸变率增高,过氧化物歧化酶(Suporoxlde dlsmutase,SOD)等具有抑制断裂发生的作用。本文对10例食业癌患者与14例健康人经PMA诱发外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变,与培养1小时、48小时培养上清液中SOD水平进行观察。
