当前,农村中小学布局调整是我国教育两基攻坚工程的一个重要内容,而在实际操作的过程中,一些农村中小学因布局调整所引发出的资产管理问题不容忽视。为此,本期栏目特别邀请云南师范大学教育科学与管理学院的专家,在具体对农村中小学资产管理中所表现出的不同问题进行扫描的基础上,提出必须明确学校资产管理的概念和范围,科学进行农村中小学的资产管理,合理使用布局调整后的学校资产,并有效防止国有资源的流失等相关建议。
At present, the adjustment of the layout of rural primary and secondary schools is an important part of China’s education-based project. In the actual operation process, some asset management problems caused by layout adjustments in rural primary and secondary schools cannot be ignored. To this end, this column invites experts from Yunnan Normal University’s School of Education Science and Management to specifically scan the different issues in the asset management of rural primary and middle schools, and put forward the need to clarify the concept and scope of school asset management. Scientifically manage the asset management of rural primary and secondary schools, make rational use of school assets after adjustments, and effectively prevent the loss of state-owned resources.
