自1998年科技“十八条”政策颁布实施以来,上海的高新技术成果转化工作取得了可观的成绩,共认定高新技术成果转化项目4000余项,转化项目企业3000余家。为深入调查科技成果转化中的“产学研”合作情况,前不久,上海市高新技术成果转化服务中心在上海市科委的大力支持下,组织市有关部门和部分高校的专家、学者开展了科技成果转化过程中的产学研合作调研,其结果表明,上海产学研合作正处于快速发展阶段,产学研合作大大加快了科技成果转化进程,催生出了一批有活力、成长快、竞争力强的科技型企业。现将此次调研活动报告——《上海科技成果转化产学研合作调研报告》的有关内容登载出来,以飨读者。
