研究了党参试管苗的生根培养技术。结果表明：生长素是诱导党参试管苗生根必不可少的因素之一，细胞分裂素对党参试管苗的生根起抑制作用；降低培养基成分的浓度有利于生根；以１／２ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基，在１８～２５℃，每天补充１５００ｌｘ光照１０～１２ｈ的条件下培养，生根诱导率达６０．０％
Study on Codonopsis tube seedling rooting culture technology. The results showed that: auxin is one of the indispensable factors inducing the rooting of Codonopsis pumila tissue cultured in vitro. Cytokinin can inhibit the rooting of Corylusformis japonicus seedling root; reduce the concentration of medium composition is conducive to rooting; with1 / 2MS + NAA0.5mg / L Medium at 18 ~ 25 ℃, 1500lx light supplemented every day for 10 ~ 12h under the conditions of culture, root induction rate of 60.0%
